Q.WHEN ARE SERVICES AVAILABLE?
A.Services are provided year-round at our two community clinic sites.

Q.WHO CAN ACCESS HEALTH CARE SERVICES?
A.Health care services are available for children ages birth to 21 at the community clinic sites.
  Health care services are available for current students enrolled in the school-based health centers.

Q.DOES CHS HAVE BOUNDARIES?
A.      CHS does NOT have boundries for the community clinic sites.
         CHS services are provided to children from all over the Denver metro area.
  School-based health services are limited to the students enrolled at the school-based ealth centers.

Q.DOES A CHILD NEED HEALTH INSURANCE TO BE SEEN AT CHS?
A.NO, but we can assist families with the application process for Medicaid/CHP+ or our CHS sliding fee 
          discount program.

Immunization Clinics

CHS offers walk-in immunization clinics once a week at our Commerce City, Kearney and Baker clinics:

  • Children ages 4-18 with NO health insurance or on regular Medicaid
  • Cost is $14 each immunization, due at time of service
  • Child's immunization record is required
